Discovery Call

We value your time and aim to provide the best possible service. Our cancellation policy for discovery calls is designed to be fair and flexible for all parties involved. Please review the following terms carefully:1. RefundsWe understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate such changes whenever possible. Therefore, we offer a full refund to clients who cancel their discovery call at least one hour prior to the scheduled time. This one-hour notice period allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the slot to other clients in need.Important Note:<ul><li>No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled discovery call. This policy is in place to respect the time of our team and other clients who may have been waiting for an available slot.</li></ul>2. ReschedulingWhile our general policy does not provide refunds for cancellations made less than one hour before the call, we aim to offer some flexibility in exceptional circumstances:<ul><li>The therapist, according to their discretion, offer to reschedule the canceled discovery call for the next available slot that is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
