Cancellation Policy Individual Sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are acceptable and will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at the full rate, unless the client is extremely unwell, in which case, proof of illness may be requested. Subscription Packages: Clients may reschedule one appointment within their subscription package without penalty. Cancellations of sessions within a subscription package are non-refundable.
