Are you applying for the right job before your next interview?
Check out these tips to understand how to choose the best opportunities for yourself!

You've got your new job offer in hand. Congratulations! You're about to start a new chapter of your career.
But before you sign on the dotted line, take a few steps back and be sure that this is really the best offer you can get.
While most people think they're doing their due diligence when they ask questions during an interview, it's important to do some research on your own time before deciding if an opportunity is right for you. Here are some things to consider.
Consider what's most important to you
- Money
- Work-life balance
- Opportunity to learn new skills
- Opportunity to work on new projects or features in your current role
- Opportunity to work with new people, either in your team or across the business (especially if you're looking for a change of scenery)
If money is top of your list for choosing an offer as a UX designer, don't forget that there are other factors that may be more important than salary.
