This code works and displays "Okay!" in a circle. But the problem is that if I make a second "Okay!" and it is right next to "Okay!" it won't rotate "Okay!" from its current location, even though I tell it to do so by adding a rotation of M_PI/6 to that rotation.
Why won't "Okay!" rotate?

The rotation is with respect to the anchor point. That means that if you put the other Okay! right next to the first Okay! it will cause a problem in its own right.
In short: Don't use anchorPoint. Instead use the node's position in SpriteKit.
