you will need a IMEI* to fix the problem. on the top right is a logo of the router. when you turn it on you will see a pop up like this.press "settings" on the pop screen and scroll down until you see "imei", press it and your IMEI number will be displayed.
go back to the browser and type in your routers IP address "192.168.2.1" it will take you to a page like this with a small reset button on the left. click on the button.it will take you to a page on mobily with start/stop/off and a slider to control the usb power you want to use.turn it on and leave it on for 30 seconds and it will boot (fast, will take less than 30 secs).
I just got a new router and a mobily connect modem. It is much faster and now i dont have to reset it so often. However the problem im facing is my internet connection is still unstable. For example it was 4 bars. Now its 4-5 bars and if i go out of the house (where the connection is stable and seamless) and come back, the signal bars drop. I got the router not compatible with my setup?
