Subject – Henry Ford

Henry Ford (July 30, 1863 – April 7, 1947) Springwell’s Township, Michigan was an American Industrialist and founder of the Ford Motor Company. His Innovation of the Ford Model T automobile has brought the revolution in transportation and American Industry.

Model T

The Model T debuted on October 1, 1908. It had the steering wheel on the left, The entire engine and transmission were enclosed. The car was very simple to drive and easy and cheap to repair. It was so cheap at $825 in 1908 ($24,880 today), with the price falling every year, that by the 1920s, a majority of American drivers had learned to drive the Model T. By 1918, half of all cars in the United States were Model T.

My Views

From the start to the end, he never stopped. After so many resignations, he was finally able to form Ford in 1903 and did what he wanted and impressed the whole world with his work in Automobile Industry. He’s a hard work ethic, commitment, compassion for others, and a desire to improve society.

As I’ve already worked in 2 startups, I can understand the aftermath of it, and at some point, in my life, I also want to be an entrepreneur. From childhood, I’ve been into cars and am really fascinated with the work of Henry Ford and Admire him. He’s a pure Inspiration for me. He really taught us to Treat Failures as Opportunities, be passionate and Committed, Believe in Ourselves, use our time wisely, Don’t Show off, and always be open to learning.

For me, Ford Story tells us ”To put up your sleeves and do what is needed until it gets done”.
