Karim Fanous is currently employed at StrongDM as Vice President of Engineering. In his role, Karim is responsible for the development of StrongDM's products. Previously, Karim was employed at Kheiron Medical Technologies, from May 2020 through July 2021. Kheiron is an AI company building cancer detection products. Karim holds the title of CTO and is responsible for all aspects of product strategy, software development, machine learning and DevOps + infrastructure. Karim was also VP of Engineering at Dremio from April 2019 thru May 2020. Dremio is a Silicon Valley startup building a SQL engine for cloud-data lakes.
