Do you want to get healthy? Do you know how you can get healthy? Want to know an effective way to get healthy fast? If you want how then keep on reading.

The answer to all the questions above is "exercise". Yes, exercise is something that can make you healthy fast and today I will be sharing an exciting approach that you can try if you are willing to get healthy. For this, You just need to spend some time in your daily life, and you will see astonishing results. So without further ado, let's start with the first approach.

Make a goal

Before getting in exercising, you need to make a goal on what you want from it and how will you do it. The goal should be realistic. This means, make a goal that is possible for you to achieve otherwise you will get demotivated. If you are idolising your favourite celebrity and want to get a physique like them, then you should know that it is practically not possible. Your favourite stars spend many hours in the gym to get a desirable physique and it is their profession. They need not worry about money or training, cause they get the best training possible. So, your goal should be something, that you know is doable. You need to remember that having abs doesn't necessarily mean that you are fit, it is your physical ability that defines your health.

Start slow

Now that you have made a goal(realistic), you need to start executing it. Although this doesn't mean that you need to do everything at once. You need to come up with a plan that you thinks fits best for you. You can do anything you like, until and unless it is making you sweat. You can start with walking, cycling, dancing or your favourite sports, anything that you know you can begin with. Just don't overdo it.

Follow the routine

As you have started exercising, you need to follow that routine daily. For example, if you are exercising at 7 am, then make sure you show up tomorrow at the same time. You need to build a routine and need to follow that every day without an excuse, although if for some reason you missed 1 day, don't feel bad, come back strong the other day. Whatever your goal is, it can be achieved with your willingness.

Mix it up

If you are following your routine sincerely, then you might start seeing some difference in yourself. Over time, the more you exercise, the harder it gets to achieve the desired goal. One possible reason could be your monotonous routine. Don't get me wrong, you are doing fine. But, maybe somewhere your mind is bored with the same routine. You may even experience laxity and procrastination. To avoid that you need to mix things up. For instance, if you are going for a run, try to change the route or try to change pace or you can just do something different that day. You can do yoga for a change, or you can just skip ropes to break the routine(yes, I'm telling you to do that).

Talk to people with similar interest

Sometimes, it gets hard to achieve your goal alone. But, if you have a companion, you can just do exercise with them. If you are going for an early morning walk, then 2 is better than 1(or you can invite more). Although some people like to work solo, with a companion, you get extra motivation. Their goal could be different, but exercising with a companion can change the pace of your goal(in a positive manner).

Try finding physical activity in everyday life

Till now you are doing a fabulous job, You have made a goal and now you are following it regularly. But you will see days when things are not in your control and you may not able to follow your routine. In such times, you need to find other ways to stay healthy. You need to contemplate and find ways by which you can achieve good health. You need to be innovative and try to find ways by which you can exercise while doing other things. For instance, if you talking on the phone, do it while moving from 1 place to another. Or if you want to go to the market to buy any essentials, try not to take your vehicle, and walk there. If you living in an apartment, climb stairs instead of the elevator(oh! you forgot something important? go by stairs again). There are many such ways, you just need to figure out those ways.

Life is not merely being alive, but being well
Marcus Valerius Martialis

Congratulations on making a goal and following it regularly. Now that you are following your routine, you have unlocked some benefits which only you can avail yourself of. The benefits are:

  • You are getting happier.
  • You are losing weight(well of course everyone wants to lose some extra kilos).
  • Your muscles and bones are getting healthier.
  • You might be experiencing an increase in energy level(now you can do more as compared to when you first started).
  • You may not notice it immediately, but you are avoiding chronic diseases.
  • Your mental health and mood have seen a positive spike.
  • Are you suddenly feeling confident? Well, that's too a benefit of exercising.

Isn't that great? You get so many benefits by just making small changes in your lifestyle! It's like you went to buy a refrigerator and you get a washing machine free.

Although you need to understand there is another important factor that plays an important role in good health, and that is proper diet. Have you heard about "You become what you eat" ? Good diet is very important for good health. This is something we shall discuss in future, for now, cheer up, as you have done great.

In the end

After reading this, the first thing I need you to do is ponder over the above-mentioned points. Try to make a plan and work in the direction. It may be hard in the beginning, but you will enjoy this positive change in yourself. You may even fail 100 times and may want to quit, but do not give up without trying.

Someone said "The best investment you can ever make is in your own health", You need to remember this. You need nothing fancy or spend money. You just need to get out of your comfort zone and get moving.

I write blogs on a weekly basis, blogging is something that I have started very recently, but I really enjoy doing it, my niche is health and fitness and I like to write about stuff that is relatable and doable. I don't write anything which I don't believe or which is too hard to follow
