How long is the CSP-SM course and how is it structured?
The Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master course is a total of sixteen (16) hours. We deliver the course in two formats. The first is over two (2) full days, from 9am to 5:30pm and the second format is over 4 half days, in either the mornings or the afternoons for 4 hours at a stretch. Both formats have specific benefits.

If you have a slight lull in your week and can afford to take two full days out of the office, the full-time format is perfect.
You will have 2 days of actionable content that you can implement immediately upon your return to the office and start to experience the benefits of the course material, simulations, and practices right away.
Some people really like the half-day format because it gives them time to digest all the information, tools and techniques delivered in the morning or afternoon course. It also provides them an opportunity to immediately implement something they may have learned in the half-day format.
We often find people coming back to the course enthusiastic because something they learned in the morning was implemented in their working afternoon, producing exactly the kind of outcomes they had hoped it would deliver.
The course is a balance of theory, practical and simulations that help provide a context for the learning and skills development.
Regardless of the format you choose, you will find the course incredibly valuable in how actionable the content is and how quickly you are able to adopt and deploy the tools, techniques and recommendations provided in the course.
