As the famous saying goes, "Jack of all trades but master of none". Well, let me break it to you, the master was once jack of all trades. One cannot master all trades but can jack it all. Perhaps you could master many but not all. But let it not stop you from exploring and discovering your trades. When you find the right trade and master it you'll have many trades with you too which you discovered and picked up on your journey. The journey of finding the master can be long but surely you'll find it. So is the process but surely you'll master it.

How do you start this journey? First thing, get out of your comfort zone. Be courageous to try something new. Always keep it in mind, you may fail but it gives you the chance to go on to your next hunt. Thomas Alva Edison says, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work". Your failures will give the directions to your path on finding your true self. No man has ever achieve great things without failures or hiccups. But it's from their failures and mistakes they learn and rise from. So you will too face hiccups but never be discouraged. Be positive and try to benefit from your mistakes.

Your talents and trades may not be the same as your mates. You may feel odd and yes, they may even judge you, laugh at you, discourage you and belittle you. But remember you're unique, no one is you and you'll contradict with them but be brave to be yourself.

On your journey, you'll encounter many different things. You'll meet so many types of person. You'll have some unpleasant experiences too. At some point, you'll wish to give up. But through these experiences you'll grow. It will be your foundation of mastering your true trade. The knowledge gain will forever be with you. Do not limit yourself but continue to strive forward.

As I write this and challenge you all, I'm also on the journey of mastering my trade and alongside discovering more new trades. Each day is an opportunity for me to try something new. At the end of the day, if I fail I learnt from my mistakes and not repeat the next day. Some days are even more challenging but through my experiences I’m able to overcome it. The knowledge I gain along the journey brings me closer to my goals. I call out to you again, be courageous to try out new things whether its big or small. Believe in yourself, nothing is insurmountable as long as you believe.
