Blue light can interfere with melatonin production in the brain. That’s why when you’re trying to sleep, it is important to avoid devices such as laptops, cell phones, tablets, and any other devices that emit blue light.
When you’re awake, you’re in the blue light “off” cycle, but if you’re watching laptops, tablets, smartphones and computer screens on your laptop or desktop, you’re not only ruining your chances at deep sleep, but you’re also preventing yourself from receiving the extra benefits of blue light.
Daytime online shopping or social media use can also encourage you to stay up past the time you’d typically turn off the computer, tablet or phone. So set your screen to sunrise and sunset mode to prevent your digital world from interfering with your natural sleep cycle.
This website is my way of giving back by sharing with the world. I’ve just recently qualified as a web developer, and this is my first edition. I registered on this site in May at the age of 20, with the goal of creating a new chapter in the history of ebook pages with an easy-to-use Page Builder that is simple and attractive for everyone to use.
