6. Your baking sheet, silicone baking sheet, or parchment paper should be covered with each fruit skewer.

Your candy may adhere to the paper if the parchment paper is of poor quality.

In order to help avoid sticking, you can spray on parchment paper.

7. The sugar coating should become nearly solid instantly. It’s best to consume this dish immediately.

If you must preserve it, lightly wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.
