Terms of Use&nbsp; Cancellation PolicyAny cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee. Not showing up for your session, without prior notice, is a no-show and will be charged 100%. This is to respect the therapist's time and honour the commitment to consistent therapy. The therapist will wait for you for 15 minutes in the session, before considering it a no-show. Under exceptional circumstances, the therapist may choose to reschedule the session. In this case, you can reschedule the session at no additional cost. Communication Policy:If you would like to communicate with your therapist between sessions or would like to reach out to our admin for any queries, please whatsapp us on <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" tabindex="-1" href="tel:93613 16143" data-tooltip="tel:93613 16143">93613 16143</a>. Please note that this is the official channel for communication and any communication outside of this is not permissible. You can also click on the whatsapp widget on the website for the same. Confidentiality:It is our professional duty to protect your right to privacy. You can be assured that all information provided within the sessions are secure and confidential. Exception to confidentiality: Your privacy is protected. However, in the rare occasion that there is a high risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, in the interest of safety, the counsellor may need to notify your emergency contact. However, before giving them any information, the matter will be discussed with you and consent sought, where possible. This is rare and will only, if ever, be used as a last resort. Counselling for Minors:Parental consent is required for a minor to receive counselling. If you are a minor seeking counselling, by selecting the “I agree” option, you are agreeing to have informed and sought consent from your parent/guardian of seeking mental health counselling. The therapist may, with your permission, ask to speak with your parent/guardian. International clients:Please note that all counselling sessions are conducted by trained and certified clinical and counselling psychologists that legally practice by law within India. The same jurisdictions may not hold true in other countries and international clients using the counselling services understand this and do so at their own volition.
