I bought EZCAP 116 TV to transfer my Hi8 home videos to digital on my computer. No problems setting up and copying. Initially worked and editing was good. My computer crashed twice and the editing files on Arcsoft disappeared. I am still able to digitize the files to my computer but saved on Arcsoft for editing. Tried to reinstall but did not work. can I uninstall the drivers and start all over again. Will this allow me edit the files previously digitized. Can you help.
Hi Guys, recently I bought one of EZCAP 116 TV for transfer my Hi8 home video to PC, my problem is I have used the device as Hi8 TV to transfer to PC, though TV was work well and EZCAP 116 does not recognize my TV, however now to transfer to PC the video in PC can not play, i used Windows 10 and Windows 10 does not recognize my TV, while Windows 7 can. My TV is TIDAL Hi8 TM PRO II, so is there any solution, thank you very much.
