It’s the oldest story in the world

Every New Year you decide to make a few changes

You create a ‘New Year’s Resolution’

Fast forward to March, you’ve already given up on your resolutions altogether

How could You just move on with your Life?

Did you pause to reflect on Why?

New Year’s is just an example

It’s true for most of your Goals

There’s a reason it isn’t working out & you’re failing constantly

You need a focused approach

Well for starters, you need to keep your surroundings clutter-free

Clutter reduces focus

Changing the surrounding can have a significant effect on our work,

In addition to our brain & emotional health

But that’s just basic — We need to go one step further

The reason, basically, why your goals are failing can be boiled down to 2 factors

  • Realistic strategy
  • Accountability

There’s a simple way to beat both

It’s called ‘Focused Theme’ & the ‘Law of 100’

A Focused theme is a particular goal that’ll be your center of attention & Focus for the entire year

100-day challenges are basically what aids you in execution & keeps you accountable

  • Choose 1 goal that’ll have the maximum impact on your theme.
  • For the next 100 days, let that be your prime focus, with complete disregard for the result
  • You need to stick with what you start.
  • Getting to the first 100 must be your focal point

In addition, you’ll experiment more, learn from the micro failures & get better over time

Decide on your theme & the first Goal that you’ll implement for the law of 100

Make a commitment to yourself — plan for the challenges & obstacles — keep track of your progress

Show up every single for 100 days

And I mean every single day

Every
Single
Day

Just showing up for 100 days will put you above the 90% who give up when they face an obstacle
